Park Activity

• Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy increased slightly for the month to 87.21% owing to a decrease in Office space vacancy to 11.64% and a decrease in Flex space vacancy to 7.33%. Retail space vacancy increased to 4.98%. Warehouse space vacancy was unchanged for the month. Hacienda recently welcomed the following new tenants: Cupertino Electric and Joyful Kids Club.
