Equity Administration Solutions, Inc.
Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (EASi), an independent stock plan management software company headquartered in Hacienda, issued its first major software release for 2010. The new release introduces selective processing for restricted-based award vesting, deferral and taxable events, new functionality which gives customers greater control over the way they process transactions by way of numerous filters. EASi also added functionality that gives companies multiple ways to suspend vesting of a restricted award for processing at a future date, which is useful for unaccepted grants and termination scenarios where vesting is suspended for a period of time.
"Creating highly efficient user processes is a big part of what drives our development efforts," says Mark Ebersole, EASi's chief technology officer.
